Buenas Practicas (Good Practices) commitment of Argentinian Touristic Efficiency

The general secretary of tourism of Spain has made great economic, structural and technical efforts to create methodologic solutions to support the business efficiency, to differentiate the touristic enterprise and their projection to those markets they want to reach, and make a better global quality of each one of them.

The Spanish success in tourism has become a model to imitate. In this way, in 2007, the agreement of cooperation between the Spanish Government and the Argentinian Secretary of Tourism with the support and organization of the Tucuman tourism entity and the cooperation and participation of the Tourism Chamber Of Tucuman Tourism, San Miguel de Tucuman was chosen to be the pioneer city in receive the transferences of the Good Practice manuals in which bars and restaurants, travels agencies, touristic commerce, hotels, hostels and museums, had been distinguish among others.

These manuals gather management and costumer services standards, following a seven chapter structure, parallel to standards ISO 9000/2000, allowing the managers and responsibles of the touristic services corporation a progressive introduction to the Efficiency culture offering an acting guide with perspectives to achieve access to a certification system.
